FeederBugs Superworms (Zophobas morio) are a great altenative to Crickets. Superworms are easy to digest as they have less chitin (the stuff that makes their exoskeleton or shell hard) than regular Mealworms do.
Their large size 1" - 2 3/4" results in feeding less of them than other feeder bugs, also due to the size there's more nutritional mass available than with a cricket.
Superworms are the largest and most active of the mealworms making them perfect for adult Bearded Dragons, Other large lizards, Turtles and Sugar Gliders.
